Old Tool Box Showreel

This is an original traditional Japanese farmer’s toolbox asset, fully modeled and textured in Maya. The design is grounded in historical accuracy, drawing inspiration from authentic Edo-period farming equipment. I researched traditional hand tools and construction methods using reference materials, including detailed documentation of antique Japanese farming tools: https://islandblacksmith.ca/2013/05/antique-japan-farming-tools/

The asset focuses on capturing the handmade quality of rural craftsmanship; weathered wood, simple joinery, and practical design elements typical of tools used in daily agricultural work. It was built with clean topology and efficient UVs, making it suitable for both real-time environments and cinematic renders.
